• The Seafarer Beach Resort is located on Manasota Key, a secluded barrier island, with eleven-miles of beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and long stretches of mangroves along the Intracoastal Waterway

• Adults only -  *All guests must be 21 years old, no pets, and no parties or unregistered guests* to help ensure your peaceful vacation

• Beach and bath towels in each room and fresh replacements available in the office *(daily room cleaning is not included)

• Free beach chairs and shell scoopers are available in the office

• One reserved parking spot for each apartment  *(parking is limited to one vehicle per apartment)

• Manasota Key is an eleven-mile barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida

• Manasota Key is a bird sanctuary and home to many unique and endangered species

• Manasota Beach is an annual habitat for nesting sea turtles which lay millions of eggs every summer

• Manasota Beach is famous for seashells and prehistoric shark teeth

• The Gulf of Mexico, Intracoastal Waterway, and nearby Lemon Bay Preserve have an abundance of fish, manatees, dolphins, and other unique marine life
