• All reservations require a deposit:

    - Full week reservations require a deposit equal to $200 per week of reservation.

    - Less than full week reservations require a deposit equal to the amount of the first night's stay.

• Until the required deposit is received, a unit is still available for rental to another party.

• We reserve the right to require a three to five day minimum reservation during peak season and other special times of the year including but not limited to holidays.

• After a full week, extra days are charged at the daily rate.
• Prices quoted are based on a maximum of two persons per unit.
• For each guest over two people per unit per day, a fee of $20 per person per day will be charged.
• Additional guests must be accounted for upon check-in.
• All units have a maximum occupancy limit.  As a result, when making your reservation, you must specify the number of persons in your party so that an adequate number of units can be reserved for you.
• We reserve the right to refuse rentals to parties that exceed a unit's maximum occupancy limit.
• Seafarer Beach Resort is a preferred adult community and its facilities are for registered guests only. 
• The number of guests on the property is limited so that everyone can enjoy their stay.  Please be considerate of other guests by not inviting visitors.
• If you should have an expected visitor, they must check with the Office upon arrival as an additional charge will be incurred.
• Check-in time:  3:00 pm

• Check-out time:  11:00 am

• Early check-ins, as well as late check-outs, will result in an extra day's charge for the room.

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Amounts quoted are in US $.

• State and local taxes are additional.

• A thirty (30) day notice is required for all reservation changes and cancellations.

• Deposits are not refundable less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

• No refund is given for late arrivals or early departures.

• There is a limit of one parking space per unit.  Please park in the spot that has been designated for your unit.

• We ask that any extra guest vehicles park at the public beach north of Seafarer Beach Resort.

• All visitors must park at the public beach north of Seafarer Beach Resort.

• All units are non-smoking.  Please enjoy your cigarette, pipe or cigar on the porch.  A $75 cleaning charge will be incurred for smoking inside your room.

• Used towels and sheets can be exchanged at the office during business hours.

• We recycle at Seafarer Beach Resort.  Trash and recycle bins are located behind the office.  The red bins are for paper products and the blue bins are for glass and plastics.

• Coin laundry machines are located behind the office.

• Our septic system is sensitive.  Please do not put sanitary napkins, tampons or excess paper in the toilet.

• Sea turtle nesting season is from May 1 through October 31.  Please leave your porch light off and your blinds closed after dark.

• Sorry, no pets allowed.

• Seafarer Beach Resort is not liable for personal injuries of any kind.  Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to us immediately.

• Renter agrees to hold Seafarer Beach Resort harmless for any and all loss of or damage to your personal property, personal injury or death resulting from the use of the rental property, grounds, pool, and/or dock on Lemon Bay.

• We, at Seafarer Beach Resort, strive to keep everything in our units and on our grounds working properly.  However, occasionally we do have breakdowns and equipment malfunctions.  In the event that something like this should occur during your stay, we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  Nonetheless, we do not offer any sort of refund or compensation for equipment failures or malfunctions, including cable TV malfunctions.

• Seafarer Beach Resort reserves the right to revise its rates, terms, conditions and/or policies at any time.
