• All reservations require a deposit:

    - Full week reservations require a deposit equal to $200 per week of reservation.

    - Less than full week reservations require a deposit equal to the amount of the first night's stay.

• Until the required deposit is received, a unit is still available for rental to another party.

• We reserve the right to require a three to five day minimum reservation during peak season and other special times of the year including but not limited to holidays.

• After a full week, extra days are charged at the daily rate.

• Additional guests must be accounted for upon check-in.

• For each guest over two people per room per day, a fee of $15 per person per day will be charged.

• Our facilities are for registered guests only! 

• The number of guests on the property are limited so that everyone can enjoy their stay.  Please be considerate of other guests by not inviting visitors.

• If you should have an expected visitor, they must check with the Office upon arrival as an additional charge will be incurred.

• Check-in time:  3:00 pm

• Check-out time:  11:00 am

• Early check-ins, as well as late check-outs, will result in an extra day's charge for the room.

• State and local taxes are additional.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• A thirty (30) day notice is required for all reservation changes and cancellations.

• Deposits are not refundable less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

• No refund is given for late arrivals or early departures.
